User Experience Surveys

Our User Experience Surveys will provide invaluable feedback about what real people think about your website or application. This will ensure that the website or application is free from errors and easy to understand.

What Will The User Feedback Experience Assess?

• Whether there is consistent use of language and visual cues throughout;
• Whether there are incorrect or broken links;
• How easy or difficult it is to find one's way through the website or application;
• What checks have been placed within the website or application to ensure that all information can be easily found and retrieved by all users;
• How the website or application has been designed in terms of aesthetics, ease of use, professionalism, speed and overall branding;
• How well the website or application performs and the ease with which tasks can be completed.

What Is Involved In The User Experience Survey?

As part of the user experience survey, we test users online, as well as test users on-site, within a controlled environment. The website testers will spend approximately 30-40 minutes visiting a website and complete a questionnaire of 20 questions.

Companies will be able to choose the questions that they wish to be asked from a predefined list or based on areas they wish to concentrate on.

Report and Recommendations

When all users have completed the questionnaire, all responses will be reviewed and analysed. The findings will be published in an easy-to-read report available in word, pdf format, online or print. Full access to all feedback is also available.
