Why Consider Usability Testing
When a website user finds it difficult to find information on a website or to navigate easily through a website, it will more likely than not, result in that website being abandoned.
The following are some reasons why you should consider usability testing:- Usability testing will reveal potential problems within a website;
- Familiarity to a website can some times can mean that those closest to the website (ie the web designers and the company themselves) don't always notice potential problems;
- Usability will ensure that users who come to the website can fulfil their goal.
